Josephine Santalucia

Josephine Santalucia, 98, of Longmont CO, passed away peacefully at home

surrounded by her family on March 4, 2026. She is predeceased by her parents

Michael and Marianna Vivona; brother Matthew Vivona and grandson Drew Santalucia.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Santalucia; Children Michael (Jeanette)

Santalucia, Andrew (Deborah) Santalucia, Mary (Jim) Ehrets; Grandchildren Amanda

Santalucia, Kimberly Santalucia, James Ehrets along with many treasured friends and

relatives. Josephine was born in Endicott, NY and worked for a time as an IBM

Keypunch operator. She married her husband Andrew in 1953 and moved their family

to Kirkwood, NY in 1960 where she later opened and operated Country Coiffures hair

salon until 2009 when she and Andrew moved to Longmont, CO. Josephine was a

devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose kindness, generosity and warmth

touched the lives of everyone who knew her. A funeral mass will be held on Friday

March 13, 2026 11:00 am at Sacred Heart of Mary Church in Boulder, CO followed by

burial in the church cemetery.
