Michael Lance Sitrin

Michael Sitrin, 61, passed away peacefully in Boulder, Colorado, on July 26, 2026, surrounded by family and close friends.

Mike is survived by his dear wife, Jenny, and their children, Andrew and Milana. He is also survived by his parents, Marjorie and Arthur Sitrin of Wellington, Florida; his brothers, Ron (Wynne) and Greg (Suzanne); and his nieces and nephews, Gabriella, Aliza, Chloe, Jeremy, Lauren, Jordan, and a large extended family, all of whom will greatly miss him.

Mike was born in Miami, Florida, where he spent his childhood and early adult years. He remained close with dozens of friends he met in his grade school years as well as at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

An adventurous spirit, Mike embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity. He traveled extensively throughout the world and found joy with others in skiing, sailing, scuba diving, cycling, camping, and seeing live concerts.

After 18 years in the Bay Area doing internet marketing and cofounding companies in the tech industry, he returned with his family to Boulder. He was imaginative and creative and a natural entrepreneur.

Mike was devoted to raising up the people in his life. He was a loyal friend, family man, a generous mentor, and a fair business man.

He will be remembered for his warmth, adventurous spirit, and unwavering love for family and friends. He leaves behind countless memories, enduring friendships, and a lasting impact on all who knew him.

A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. The family encourages friends to honor Mike by spending time with loved ones, embracing adventure, and living life with the same curiosity and enthusiasm that defined him.
