Robert Bachochin

Robert J. Bachochin

November 3, 1939 - July 20, 2025

Bob was born in Johnson City, New York to Stella Kozlosky and John Bachochin. He grew up on the east coast but his heart resided in the west. After finishing a degree in chemistry at the University of Idaho, he worked at Argonne National Labs in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He met his life long love in Idaho and married her in 1961, Sharon Leahy. He worked for IBM in Endicott, New York and Boulder, Colorado, retiring in 1995. He was an avid skier and skied into his 80's. He was also passionate about golf and handball. He was an early supporter of Boulder open space and the local police department. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Leahy Bachochin, his sister and her husband, Barbara and Edward Curtis, daughter Catherine Green, and two grandson's Nicholas Green/Allison Moser and Benjamin Green. He will be greatly missed.
