Timothy O'Brien Fuller

October 1, 1992 - August 2, 2026

Tim was born in Berkeley, California on October 1, 1992, and passed away unexpectedly

on August 2, 2026, at the age of 33. Though his life was far too short, Tim lived it with an

extraordinary sense of curiosity, warmth, adventure, and love that left an indelible mark

on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

A proud graduate of UC Berkeley, Tim carried the spirit of Cal with him throughout his

life. He was endlessly curious about the world and always eager to learn, explore, and

challenge himself. He found his greatest joy in being outdoors and in motion. Water polo

and competitive swimming shaped him as a young man, while surfing, camping, skiing,

hiking, and traveling became lifelong passions.

Tim was known above all for his infectious laugh - the kind that filled a room and made

everyone around him smile. He was fiercely loyal to the people he loved and had a way

of making everyone feel welcome. A hop in the car we're going somewhere cool, kinda

guy! There was always room for one more at his table, one more person around the fire,

and one more seat on the next adventure. And there was almost always a giant bear hug

waiting for you. His hugs, his laughter, and his genuine excitement to see the people he

loved made you feel like you belonged.

Friends and family will remember countless evenings gathered around home-cooked

meals, bonfires at Muir Beach, long conversations, shared adventures, surfing at sunset,

dancing to music and the unmistakable warmth of being welcomed into Tim's world. He

had a generous spirit and a rare gift for making people feel instantly at home.

His love extended to animals as deeply as it did to people. Tim rescued a dog named Blue

from the streets of Oakland, giving him a home, a family, and years filled with love,

adventure, and companionship. Blue was lucky to have Tim, just as Tim was lucky to

have him.

In recent years, Tim and his wife, Katelyn, embraced a nomadic life together, traveling

across the country in a van Tim creatively designed and built. Their home on wheels

became an extension of who Tim was - creative, resourceful, adventurous, and always

ready for whatever was around the next bend. Together, they chased sunsets, explored

mountains and coastlines, surfed, slept beneath the stars, and discovered new places side

by side. The road became their home, and their greatest adventure was the life they were

building together. Tim, Katelyn and their dog, Blue, were inseparable.

Tim will be remembered for the life he lived, the adventures he chased, the people he

loved, and the way he made everyone around him feel. He was deeply loved. He was one

of a kind. And he will be profoundly missed - in the quiet moments, around the dinner

table, beside the campfire, on the water, on the open road, and in every place where his

laugh and giant bear hugs should be.

Tim is survived by his wife, Katelyn; his mother, Laurie Brown; and by his three sisters

and their children: Jennifer (Antonino) Coppola, Anne (Shane) Savery, and Cassidy

(John) Patterson; nieces and nephews, Alexandra Coppola, Caterina Coppola, Georgia

Savery, and Robert Savery. He is also survived by countless cousins, aunts, uncles,

grandmothers, friends, mentors and members of his community whose lives were touched

by his generosity, loyalty, humor, and unmistakable laugh.

Tim is reunited with his father, Rob Fuller, who passed away unexpectedly in January of

2026. Tim is also reunited with his dog, Blue, who passed away in July 2025.

A memorial service will be held in Tim's honor November 14, 2026 at Dillon Beach, CA
